I offer different levels of coaching depending on how much support, feedback, and structure you want. My primary offer is 1-1 Coaching — this is where I work closest with athletes and stay across the details of their training, execution, and progress.
If 1-1 Coaching isn’t the right fit for you, or if spots are full, there are other options that still give you structured training and access to my coaching system.

Premium Online Coaching
$499 NZD per 4 weeks
This is a fully personalised training service built around your goals, schedule, and experience level. Every four weeks you’ll receive a tailored rowing and strength program delivered through TrainingPeaks, ongoing email support for questions and adjustments, detailed feedback when needed, and a 30 minute Zoom coaching session to review progress and plan the next block. You’ll also get guidance on technique, nutrition, recovery, and race preparation, plus a premium TrainingPeaks subscription included. This is a structured, professional coaching relationship designed to help you train with clarity, consistency, and long-term purpose.

Training Programs
$199 NZD per 4 weeks
This option gives you a personalised rowing and strength program built around your goals, training history, and available time. You’ll receive a structured 4-week plan delivered through TrainingPeaks, designed to give you clarity on exactly what to do each day. This option does not include monitoring, feedback, messaging support, technique analysis, or coaching calls. It’s ideal for athletes who want a high-quality program to follow independently without ongoing communication or coaching.
In Person Coaching
$200 NZD per session (90mins)
My in-person sessions are practical, focused, and built around what you need most on the day. Each session is structured to help you make tangible improvements in technique, efficiency, and overall performance.

We can work on technical refinement on the erg or in the boat, review key aspects of your rowing mechanics, address problem areas, and build a clear plan for what to focus on between sessions. These sessions are ideal for athletes who want hands-on technical guidance or for those who want to complement their online coaching with in-person feedback.
