These Terms & Conditions govern the use of all coaching services provided by Robbie Manson Coaching, including 1-1 Coaching, Supported Coaching, Custom Programs, and any future services.
By accessing this website or purchasing any coaching plan, you agree to these terms.
1. Service Overview
Robbie Manson Coaching provides remote rowing, strength, and conditioning guidance. Coaching is educational in nature and supports athletic development. It does not replace medical advice, physiotherapy, nutrition counselling, or psychological services.
Programs and feedback are delivered through digital platforms such as TrainingPeaks, email, and video review.
2. General Coaching Expectations
Clients are expected to:

Train safely with appropriate equipment

Follow prescribed intensities and session structure

Keep training data accurate and up to date

Communicate honestly and proactively

Seek medical clearance when appropriate
The effectiveness of coaching relies on consistent training, communication, and adherence.
3. Communication
All coaching communication occurs via email unless otherwise agreed.
Typical response time is within 24 hours Monday–Friday.
Weekend responses may be slower.
4. Payments & Billing
All coaching plans operate on a recurring 4-week billing cycle unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Payment must be completed before coaching continues.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe or Wix Payments.
All pricing is listed in NZD unless otherwise noted.

5. Cancellation
You may cancel your coaching plan by providing the required notice outlined in the Payment & Refund Policy.
Cancellation stops future payments but does not generate refunds for previous cycles.
6. Termination by Coach
Robbie Manson Coaching reserves the right to discontinue coaching if:

Communication becomes inconsistent

Behaviour is inappropriate or disrespectful

Safety concerns arise

Payment issues repeat

Coaching is no longer appropriate or beneficial
A pro-rated refund will be issued only when coaching is terminated by the coach.
7. External Tools & Platforms
Coaching may require the use of third-party platforms such as:

TrainingPeaks

Wix
-
Stripe
-
Email/video tools
These platforms have their own terms and policies which clients must also accept.
8. Intellectual Property
All training programs, educational material, videos, and written content remain the intellectual property of Robbie Manson Coaching.
They may not be copied, shared, sold, or distributed without permission.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
Any disputes will be resolved under New Zealand jurisdiction.

3. PAYMENT, BILLING & REFUND POLICY

This policy explains how payments, billing cycles, cancellations, and refunds operate for all coaching plans.
1. Billing Cycles

Coaching plans renew every 4 weeks unless stated otherwise.

Payment must be completed before new programming begins.

Failed payments may result in paused access until resolved.
2. Payment Processing
Payments are processed through:

Wix Payments
We do not store credit card details.
All pricing is listed in NZD.
3. Refunds
Because coaching is personalised and prepared in advance:

No refunds are provided once a coaching cycle has started.

No refunds for:

Change of mind

Missed sessions

Illness, injury, or travel

Lack of adherence
-
Schedule changes
-
If Robbie Manson Coaching cannot deliver the service, a pro-rated refund for unused weeks will be provided.
4. Cancellations

You may cancel your coaching with 7 days’ notice before the next billing date.

Cancellations made inside the 7-day window may still be charged for the upcoming cycle.

Access to TrainingPeaks Premium and coach communication ends when your billing cycle ends.
5. Non-Payment
If payment fails or remains overdue:

Coaching, communication, and TrainingPeaks Premium may be paused

Program updates may not be provided
-
Service may be discontinued after repeated issues
6. Price Adjustments
Prices may be updated periodically.
Existing clients will be given notice before any changes are applied to their subscription.
